Greetings Jackie DeShannon! I hope this week finds you living on the easy side up on Brighton Hill. You see, I was waiting and wondering when you would walk in the room. I was waiting restlessly for you to take me to the Promised Land along with those barefoot boys and barefoot girls. But that didn't happen. Instead, you hit me with those "Bette Davis Eyes" and you taught me to put a little love in my heart. You made me decide to let kindness be my guide and you took away those needles and pins that for so long had followed me around and kept me treading through bad water. The one and only thing that I don't need your help with is answering the question. "Will you stay in my life?"
